Hadassah Essential Oil
Our founder, Kate, crafted our Hadassah Essential Oil Blend. Inspired by ancient traditions, this blend echoes the oils that may have been used by Queen Esther of Persia, also known as Hadassah, during her year-long preparation to meet King Artaxerxes. Like the cherished survivors we support, Hadassah was subjected to sexual exploitation. Ultimately, she leveraged her royal status to rescue her people. Using Hadassah is a tribute to her transformation from a victim to a hero.
Created by our founder, Kate, our Hadassah Essential Oil Blend is made using grape seed oil, and the following organic essential oils: lavender, cardamom, myrrh, coriander, lemon and myrtle.
Kate based this blend on oils used in ancient times. Queen Esther of Persia, whose Hebrew name was Hadassah, may have used similar oils in her year of preparation to meet King Artixerxes. Taken to the palace against her will, Hadassah, like our Cherished survivors, was a victim of sexual exploitation. In the end, Hadassah uses her royal position to help save her people.
